Bethany has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and is able to offer a wide range of clinical services including assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychological difficulties. Bethany is skilled and knowledgeable in treating a range of psychological issues, including anxiety, stress, depression, and pain management.
Bethany has a particular interest in working with clients experiencing sexual problems, grief , loss, and trauma. Bethany uses a range of evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychosexual Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Bethany has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults either in an individual, couple, or family therapy setting. Bethany is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
